PointClickCare content changes from page to page or disappears? 

Why am I not able to see the changes made in the system through my browser?

If changes have been made to PointClickCare but are not available when you try and view them, it could be because your cache needs to be cleared in Internet Explorer.

Open Internet Explorer. Select Tools > Internet Options, as shown below

On the General Tab, click the Temporary Internet Files Delete Files button, as shown below.

In the History section click on the Clear History button.

Click OK to save the changes.

Exit Internet Explorer.
