Scheduling ongoing business reviews with customers is a best practice must. Whether the check-in is just a phone call or a more detailed review with presented materials, it's essential to make sure that we are on the same page as our Clients. All customers are offered QBR’s or Quarterly Business Reviews, but they can also choose a review on-demand or if preferred, twice a year. It is the best way we can make sure that we are doing a good job and all questions are answered.
Based on the overall technology goals that were set after initial onboarding, we want to make sure we are on track for meeting those objectives. We understand that it may not be financially feasible to adapt new technology all at once and it often wouldn’t be wise to make sweeping technology changes in a short time frame.
